The Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey Camden Campus Scarlet Raptors compete as members of the New Jersey Athletic Conference in NCAA Division III basketball. Rutgers-Camden, formerly "College of South Jersey", is a public institution located in Camden, New Jersey, directly across the Delaware River from Philadelphia.
